Giving thanks

Our God is so great.

Today came in the end. Boys were extremely excited for today. Well, basically they got to become Kings on this special day because it’s Brother’s Appreciation Day!  They got to enjoy a variety of food from cookies to cream puffs to nuggets to fried rice. Not only that, they were served the entire day; that means no arranging of tables, no setting up of PA system, no sweeping of floors; it was their day off! They, too, got to enjoy keropok while watching a schedule full of performances by the girls.

I managed to taste whatever that was left of the cookies – the crumbs - and it tasted extremely good! I bet the whole cookie will taste fantastic but apparently it was so good till million of containers filled with cookies were gone in the matter of minutes! No yummy cookies for me this year. :(

I really appreciate  &thank God for every guy in CF after today. A few of us literally ran to the CF room to set up everything and oh-boy it was not an easy task. Just carrying the PA system equipment made us sweat like nobody’s business. Next, was the arranging of tables. Thank God that the tables were made out of plastics! Phew. But, I reckon that the most touching part that some guys actually stayed back to help the girls arrange the tables and keep the equipments although they were so called the ‘boss’ today. :’) All in all, it’s definitely takes a lot of hard work and commitment to get the classroom comfy for weekly CF meetings. Thank you guys! I don’t know how you guys do it every week, but I salute you!

***

My monthly test ended yesterday! Woohoo! Although it’s not something to be ecstatic about – because PMR trials is in two weeks time – but I felt a sense of relieve when monthly test ended. I get to have some rest, but not too much.  PMR is crucial! With time flapping its wings in full speed, October will come soon and I’m freaking out already. No good, no good. :(

Alright time for some happy news. Today is also Carissa’s birthday! So, happy birthday Carissa! I don’t think you’ll ever see this, but I just wanted to let the world know that you’re one of a kind! You’re a girl with a heart of compassion and I’m so very happy to have you as my boss &friend! Keep lovin’ sharks!

Till then.

The time has come

Now, my friends, the time has come to start the CAMPORAMA COUNTDOWN!
22. Twenty-two days to the 30th May 2012.
Well, this is no ordinary camp alright. I, along with many other people, have to wait 4 years - 4 extremely long years - for this camp.  It's like waiting for the Olympics.

(My) Definition of Camporama : Pure Awesome.
This once-in-four years camp is fun-filled with mind-blowing activities. We had Archery, Flying Fox, Kayaking, Laser Tag, Frisbee and many more activities for the last Camporama. Trust me, it gets better each Camporama. :) We are divided into different different states this year (we were India for the last Camporama). We, Selangor #7, are SARAWAK this year! So, we'll be dressing, eating, acting like a Sarawak-ian during Camporama. Oh-so-much-fun! Can't wait. :)
GO SARAWAAAAK!

(My) Definition of Stress : A kind of emotion that is definitely undesirable by mankind. It has the ability to make pimples pop up on one's face and even turn one's black hair white. It, too, has the ability to make one crave for food at random times. :)

Hello and how do you do? :)
The time has come to (I can't believe I'm saying this) start the Midterms countdown too. Well, I'm not going to make it so easy for you to read the countdown timer, I'm going to make you move your brain a little. So... 10-5-3+3-2-1+3-1-2=? days to Midterm. I'm feeling super insecure for this Midterm because I haven cover all the chapters for all the subjects, yet.

Though my parents are being extremely nice with me this time - for not saying anything that's related to Midterms or exams or anything like that, I can still feel the pressure; I can feel the stress! Well, maybe, just maybe, I'm the one who's creating all the stress for myself. I have to admit (same confession for the past 3 years) that I've a lot of competition this year. Good thing? Bad thing? My classmates are extremely smart to the max. Shoot them with a History question and BAM, they answer it straight away. They make me feel dumb. :( In one way or another, it's a kind of encouragement for me. It gives me the determination to study and to want to get good grades. *trying to be as optimistic as I can* 10 points for me! :)

So Midterms are here and somehow I can't wait to get over with Midterms. I want to get it over with and start my movie marathon! *woot woot* I enjoyed the generosity of Astro for the past 10 days. Thank you Astro for showing almost 130 channels for free! I managed got to watch 'I am Number Four', a little bit of 'Prom' and 'Ramona and Beezus'. I got to watch JUNIORS MASTERCHIEF TOO! Boy, oh, boy, those kids got talent! The best meal I've ever cooked is Maggie Mee. :) BAM. I KNOW YOUR JEALOUS :P I can cook the best Maggie Mee (soup/dry). Teeehee. #whatagreatachievement.

Till then,
Haha. :)

I'll taste every moment and live it out loud

I want to lie down on a field flooded with pretty pretty daisies;
I want to breathe in the sweet smell of daisies. :)

And, I want to do star gazing when I'm in another country. I hardly find any stars in Malaysia! I'll probably grab my sleeping bag and just fall asleep under the starry night sky.
NO ONE CAN STOP ME!

Hello, hello! (:
I'm extremely happy right now. Blogger changed! Blogger made blogging so much more exciting. Great job, Blogger! And I finally know how to make my picture look extremely big! *O, I'm a happy happy girl! haha. Blogger's sudden change is one of the reasons I decided to post something here today. Heehee. Since I can't think of anything in particular to blog about today, I shall blog about yesterday.

I have to say, yesterday was great.

As usual, I stayed back for Yellow house practice. I was feeling lazy. It's not my fault that the weather is so suitable for nap time. I miss being a little kid when nap times are necessary. Boy O boy, the advantages of being a little kid. Wait a minute, I'm still a kid, in the inside, so that means, nap time is necessary for me!

Had a heart-to-heart conversation with the two oh-so-beautiful Becks and Jia Wen. It was as if we were  taking a stroll in our fantasy world. We were talking and talking and talking. From fashion to fashion to boys. Little did I know that we think alike and you know what they say, 'great minds think alike'! And, little did I know that I wasn't the only one who would dreams and fantasize things. I guess its a girls' thing. But, hey, it's not wrong right? Can't wait to get over with PMR and shop with the two oh-so-beautiful

By God's grace, recess meeting happened as usual and our oh-so-wise CF President shared today. He shared about taking refuge in our pure awesome God. God created everything; from the dinosaurs to the elephants to the tigers to the dogs to the birds to the butterfly to the ant; Big or small, everything is created by God. Everything you see, is a creation of God. And therefore God is everywhere. When you think He's not there, He's there. It's so good to know that.

'For I know the plans I have for you' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.' -Jermiah 29:11

Truly, I worship an awesome God! He has everything planed out for me, a sinner. He died when He didn't have to. It's true that I face many problems and I question (or even complain to) God whenever I'm faced with a situation. But, I know that He, the Almighty, has a plan for me. :) If I have to wait for an answer, I'll wait.

*I've got a little idea for story #3. With mid-terms and project assignments in my way, I'm not sure when I'll be able to write it and post it up.

Till then,
I'll taste every moment and live it out loud.

Breathing in, slowly.

Truly, ''life without love is really worthless''.

Bonjour and how is your week? :)
ITS FRIDAY! YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? ITS TIME TO PARTY. BUT BEFORE THAT, I HAVE TO STUDY. IT RYHMES, I think. But yeah. :D I got the timetable for my Midterm and guess what? My Midterm is starting on the 10th instead of the 4th of May. God is good. More time to study!

Today, I did something that I have been craving to do for the past few weeks - I rode my bike again! I would take a picture of my cute bicycle but my dad kind of misplaced my camera, so I have no choice but to google a picture of a bike, and I got the above picture.

My superly awesome dad took time off from his busy schedule to take my lovely 3-year-old bike for a lil' make over. Well, it's not really a make over, but my dad got my brakes and the basket that's hanging in front of my bike fixed. My dad hired air and got my tires pumped! Woohoo! I am one happy girl alright.

I grabbed my iPod and off I went bike riding around my neighbourhood. I was blasting music into my ears at the start of the bike ride, but I decided to stop the blasting of music and let whatever sounds -the sounds of trees dancing, the sounds of cars, the sounds of children's laughter- that are around to fill my ears. It was around 7 when I rode my bike. I was expecting raindrops to fall from the sky, for it was extremely dark, but none fell - thank God.

I took my usual route around the neighbourhood and decided to be like Katniss; so I did a lil' 'trespassing' to another 'District' - I rode through a little green fence gate and entered another neighbourhood. I felt so heroine-ish. :)

It felt great to be riding on a bike after such a long time - a long and stressful time. I have to say, this year has been my most hectic year. But, let's not let the hectic-ness ruin my awesome bike riding moment.

It felt great to be riding again; it felt great to feel the cool crisp evening air; it felt soothing to see the serene park; it felt good to see kids playing in the park; it felt awesome to see my alma mater - SJK (C) Yuk Chai, again.

I thank God for bikes. And I thank my daddy for fixing my bike. :) This only means one thing, *echos one thingg*, more bike rides! :)

One Thing

'Only One Thing is needed.' ~ Luke 10:42

It felt weird to wake up to my super comfy room because for the past 2 nights, I've been waking up to two extremely hyper, crazy, cute and sweet girls - Becky and Tze-Ning - in Room 103, MBS, Kundang, Rawang. Don't get me wrong, I love my room, but it felt a lil' weird. It then hit me; it hit me hard, alright. CF camp 2012 was over. :(

I have to admit, CF camp 2012 was the best CF camp I've ever attended. From the sessions to the food to the bonding sessions to the games to the friendly people and the warm sweet smiles, CF camp 2012 was a blast! If you've missed it, man, you missed a whole lot alright! But, not to worry, there's always next year! And CF camp gets better each year! :)

On Monday, the 12 of March, 4 bus full of students headed for MBS in the morning. The four of us, Alexia, Melaine, yours truly and yours truly's Elmo bag conquered the back seats! It was a super bumpy ride to MBS. I never expected it to be that bumpy. Sure, I've had many bus ride before and I've never experienced such bumpy-ness in my entire life before! It was insane... but fun. Whenever the bus crosses a bump on the road, our butts will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fly and leave the seats for 2-3 seconds and land hard on the seats again. Such fun! :)) haha. But all the bumpy-ness was worth it. Trust me.

AND WE ARRIVED!!!!! (:
The bus ride wasn't as long as I expected it to be. I guess it was a good thing! :)

Altogether we had 5 sessions! (in 3 days!) wow right? It was 5 super fun and exciting sessions! I've learnt so much! And I reckon that the 4th session really pulled my heartstrings. 'Love your parents before its too late'. No one has a perfect family. You may have a happy family, but no one has a perfect family. It's so true that parents are like the most amazing being on Earth. They'll love you like crazy. If I were to make a 'Who loves me the most list' they'll be number 2. *God will always be number one. (: No matter what sin I've commited, my parents will always be there to love me. I'm not a perfect daughter, but I'm my parents only daughter (I have an older brother only) :) So I'll try my very best to be the best daughter I can be. I'm sorry mom and pa for not listening to you at times and all. I'm extremely sorry. But from today onwards, I'll be a better daughter than I was before.

The devil is always on the hunt to bring us down. And the his most effective way of destroying us is to destroy our family; our relationships. Be careful my friends! :)) No matter how naggy your parents can be, always remember that your parents always want the best for you!

Indeed, I've learned a whole lot. I've learnt to let God take control. I've learnt to strip my pride away and to love myself more. I've learnt that God is always there when I need Him. I've learnt how to be grateful and how important it is to have a teachable heart. And most importantly, I'm reminded that God loves me so so so much! :')

CF has played an extremely big role in my life. CF helped me to get on the right track. Without CF, I don't think I can survive this internet generation; I don't think I can live with all the temptations that are around me. I thank God for CF! I thank God for the people that are so passionate about CF.

*In case you do not know what's CF, CF is a Christian Fellowship that is open for everyone (and I mean EVERYONE!) from the young to the young at heart and CF loves everyone! :) Always remember that you're wonderfully made and you're beautiful my friend! :) He loves you! <3

Bubbly-licious (:

Teach me how to look for You wholeheartedly O Lord.

Hello you! (:
As I made my way into a spacious classroom that was filled with students who were seated in groups, chatting warm heartedly with one another, I made my way to my small group of friends that were seated behind the classroom. I sat on the same seat as the week before Chinese New Year and it was pretty comfortable. I was able to see the white board clearly, so I had no complains. We were all getting ready (sort of) for Pn Molly to enter the class to start our Science tuition today.

Pn Molly took was a little late today and I had some time to chat with my friends and, also, to let my mind wander a little. Suddenly, something hit me; it hit me hard all right. Well, it didn't hit me physically (if it did, I wouldn't be typing now); it hit me hard mentally.

It's the second day of the second month of year twentytwelve. Wow. I'm a two-month-old Form 3 student already! Man oh man. I haven started studying for PMR yet! 8 more months to go. Now, 8 months may be a long time, but time is flying really fast alright. So there's no time to waste!

I have been pretty busy lately, with all the activities that are happening in school and all. I'm starting to think that I'm making a lot of commitment for myself. Plus, monthly test is next week! Every night, I can fall asleep straight away although I've slept for an hour in the afternoon. I'm always tired now a these days. Lately, I've been feeling a little lost, a little confused. Do pray for me! (: Now, here are some goals that I've to reach by the end of this month...

  • Be true to myself.
  • Start sleeping early.
  • Start studying for PMR.
  • Fast Facebook for a month? #Yes, you've read it right! I'm planning to fast Facebook again. Not sure if I can. I've been so hooked to Facebook now a these days and I reckon that it's time that I start to fast again.
  • Devotion. #Fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest.# FOCUS ON GOD!!!
Ohoh! I've managed to join the debate team!!! Praise the Lord! :) Its going to be a great experience!

:) What is humanly impossible is possible for Christ!
Till then,
Bubbly-licious! :) Stay happy!

Inspire

I would really want to inspire and to be an inspiration to at least one person in my life.

One day, I'm going to lie on a field of grass and enjoy the beautiful starry night sky.
I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. :)

Hello and how do you do?
Today was my 3rd day of school and I have to say that school gets better each day. School is really different for me this year, besides the fact that I go to school in the morning, the teachers treats us like a real teenager now. They look at us differently, somehow. They trust us more, they joke with us more, they expect a lot more from us and I don't know whether that's a good thing.

I got my RM100 on the first day of school and paid my tuition teacher with the money. What a great way to use the RM100 aye? It was a pretty RM100 note, just saying. haha.

CF today was kind of fun! But it wasn't official. Next week's the registrations for clubs and uniform bodies. I can't wait to see the Form 1s sign up for CF. They are so cute! haha. And when CF is official the following week, I bet it'll be so much fun! Recess meeting today was cool too. I really thank God for CF in my school. I don't know what I'll be doing if CF didn't exist.

I reckon that God has a plan for CF and for each and every single person in CF. I can't wait to see what God has in store for CF. :)

#School's great!

A day to remember

'Don't tell God how big your problems are, tell your problems how big God is'
11.11.11
Definitely a day to remember.

Hello you! (:
Today is another pretty pretty day with a pretty pretty date; and today is indeed a day to remember.

If I were to compare today's whether with yesterday's whether, I would prefer yesterday's whether although it was burning hot. Well, we had our inter-class netball and handball competition today (continuation from yesterday) and it rained during the game. So teachers had to put the competition on hold. Which is a pretty sad thing; but somehow it was a good thing too. We ended up chilling in class and we gotten the chance to bond more with one another; which is a good thing. So I guess God made it rain for a reason.

God stopped the rain an hour before school ended. And we managed to continue our competition. We played our best and we got second! Thank God! The girls made me so proud :') I'm gonna miss them so much! They did such a splendid job. I wish today would last longer. We got all our results back too. And everything was quite pleasing to me. Thank God once again!

Today was actually the last day of my Form 2 year. And I'm really gonna miss this year a whole lot. This year has treated me so well. I really thank God for placing me in 2 Cempaka (the best class ever) :) Frankly speaking, when I got to know that I was going to 2 Cempaka this year, I wasn't really happy. I was going to a class filled with people I don't really know. I kept comforting myself by saying it's all part of God's plan, but it didn't really work, I was going to a class filled with people I barely know. :) But turns out, everything went smoothly and it turned out to be the best year I've ever had in my life. The people I met in 2 Cempaka were mind blowing, like seriously. There were a mixture of crazy, smart, weird, funny, cute, pretty and just awesome people. I do cherish the times and moments we had with one another and I will never ever forget them. One day, I'll be sitting on my bench in my little garden outside my house just staring at the stars and thinking about everything that happened this year and laugh.

These people thought me how to just be myself and not care of what others think. That's something I've learnt this year. Just being me. And I really thank them for that. Thank you, 2 Cempaka, for making Year 2011 such an awesome year for me. (:

2 Cempaka, you have been GREAT! (:
I'm so excited to see what God has in store for my future. I realized another thing, if you just throw your life to God and let Him take control, you'll be amazed how mind blowing our God can be. :)

A bright and sunny afternoon

Patrick is the sweetest. :)

Hello and how are you?
-It's not raining(yet)! (:
I had the feeling and urge to post something here, so here I am typing this post. Firstly, I would actually wanna thank YOU, for taking the time to actually drop by my blog. It means a lot to me. :) TEEHEE.

Well, I was actually asking Google what's the meaning of 'omnivorous'. And turns out the 'omnivorous' means that someone eats both meat and vegetable. Which means, I'm a omnivorous and you're one too! (If you're a vegetarian, than I'm afraid you're not a omnivorous) hahaha. Just a random statement. Was studying Science a while ago and I came across this 'omnivorous' word. And that's how I ended up typing here. (:

I'm having the week off! Yay! :) But it's not going to be a very chill and relax week for me for finals starts right after this week. How horrifying. It's going to be a week full of stress and inserting facts after facts after facts into my brain. :) It's going to be so much fun! < Me being optimistic. :D YAY! It's going to be a tough examination but nothing is impossible right? :D < Me being optimistic, again.

If you're reading this, do keep me in your prayers. I really need your prayers. :)
Till then,
Have a lovely week.
Happy Early Deepavali!

I do believe in happy endings

Mmhmmm.
P.S. I strongly believe in happy endings for I know the Author that's writing and creating my love story is very reliable. ;)
Just felt like saying it. I love my God!

Hello and how do you do? :)
It's one very cool Friday night. It has been raining for a long while now. I'm not complaining, but in fact, I'm happy that it's raining. Well, I'm living in a country that doesn't snow. So, rain is the closest replica of snow I can ever see in my country - Malaysia. And I love it, a lot. I would really like so see snow, though. It's in my to-see-list. I want to experience a white Christmas one day. Want to join me?

It's the third day of finals for me today and I really thank God for bringing me through these three days. It's been tough, for me. Well, normally I'll be able to complete my papers before the time given, but during these three days of finals, I've been completing my papers in the nick of time. Well, it's a good thing I guess, I'm using the time given to the fullest! YAY! (: But, it can be quite scary to complete your paper in the nick of time, because you would wish to have more time to double-check or even triple-check it. I'm really grateful that God brought me through.

I experienced the most crazy emotion that I can ever experience today, when I was taking my Chinese paper. My cheeky Civics teacher got hold of the wrong question paper and he had to walk back to the office to get the correct one and he gave us the paper 10-15 minutes late. I was writing my essays with my own sweet time till I looked at my watch and realized that I have less than 40minutes to complete my last essay (I had to write two essays, one Calligraphy assigment and a summary). So, I started panicking and I was rushing through my last essay (not a very good thing for it consists the most marks compared to the others). But, when I read through it, I felt okay with it but then again, I thought I could have expressed myself more in the essay. So, I'm really hope that my essay pleases my teacher. :)

I'M HAVING PURPLE BRACES NOW!! (: haha. In a month's time, my teeth is gonna get married because it's gonna get a ring from my orthodontist. Plus, I'm gonna take my guitar exam in a month's time too. Pray for me! I'm aiming for merit. :D Distinction will be nice, though. ;)

Well, I have something to share with you! You might or might not heard this song before, but here's the lyrics for the chorus. It's just so beautiful and motivating. I was listening to it two days ago and I though it was magnificent! Go Casting Crowns! :)

'My Saviour Loves,
My Saviour Lives,
My Saviour is Always There For Me.'
#My Saviour is Awesome. He's indescribable.
He LOVES you! He's ALIVE! and He's ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU, ALWAYS!
This really helped me and it made my night.

-A picture of my Science reference book with my sticky notes and highlighters!
I love sticky notes! :D
Took it about a week or two ago with my dad's new camera! I didn't even have to edit it! It came out so pretty. Well, it's pretty to me. :) Sadly the camera is not mine. :( But it's okay! :)

Till then,
Love you truck loads! (:

Taking a deep breath

'May I never miss a sunset or a rainbow because I'm looking down'
- Sara June Parker

Here's something that's in my heart and something that I would like to share with you.

It was definitely past my bed time. I was seated in the living room, Facebook-ing as usual, with my mommy in the picture. As we were about to lock up the house and prepare ourselves for bed, it started to rain.

Somehow, I was so excited and so pumped up. I literally ran out of the house to take a look at what was happening - the rain. I stood at a spot where I was able to enjoy the rain and at the same time manage to keep myself dry. I was observing the rain, feeling the wind blowing directly in my face. It has been awhile since I've experienced/observed a raining scene up close. And I felt good; and I don't know why. I would have literally danced in the rain under the night sky but it was past my bedtime and I didn't want to get myself (and my pajamas) wet.

So I went back into the house.

I started thinking and considering about stuff. My mommy would want me to go to the States to study high school so that I wouldn't have to pay so much if I go for college/university there. I was struck with dilemmas. The high school in US is humongous and the people there are friendly. Not to mention the beautiful landscape and environment. But, I'll be leaving a lot of things behind - my relatives (COUSINS!), my beloved friends, my church, my school and RANGERS! How can I possibly leave Rangers?! It's going to be a very hard decision to make. :( Plus, I'm afraid to go over. Actually, I'm afraid to start anew, afraid to start again, afraid to adapt the whole new environment. I'm afraid. I really need God to let me know where he wants me to go. Do pray for me ya? :)

The future is running towards me; its running real fast.

Soon, I'll be taking my PMR then SPM then I'll start driving then I'll go to college then start working then get married and start a family. Man, I don't want to grow up. Really, I don't want to grow up. I don't really know how to explain myself, but I really don't want to grow up. TEEHEE. I still want to be a little kid for now. :)

'Delight yourself in the Lord and He will grant your heart desires'
Remember me saying something like this 'I'm going to fast Facebook for a month or two or more'? :D Well, my fasting facebook month is arriving. I'll be fasting the entire month of September and 1/2month of October. I'll be fasting until my Finals end. I'll be using the amount of time on Facebook with God and will be studying for my Finals. I might sound like a nerd or something, but I really want to ace and score in my finals! :) Wanna join me in fasting Facebook? :)

Remember to always look up and don't you miss the sunset and the rainbow! (:
Love you truck loads,
:)

A leap of Faith.

'Faith is the substance to things hoped for, the evidence to things unseen.'

Hello YOU! (:
Well, well, well, how have you been? I've been great, just so you know. :) BEST RANGER PRACTICAL/THEORY &INTERVIEW IS/WAS OFFICIALLY OVER, on Sunday. :) Can I get a *woot woot*? I'm super duper happy about it. It's time to chill and relax! And guess what? It's an off day for everyone who is living/goes to school in Selangor! I have no idea why is it an off day tomorrow, but all I know is that I'm so gonna use this off day wisely! I have already made plans with Joy &Deb. The two of us, Joy &I, will be chilling at Deb's house as we complete our merits for SMA. Dateline is this Sunday! *freaks out*.

I shall tell you a little bit more about what's happening in my life;
and let you know what happened in Best Ranger in the upcoming post. :)

1. Okay, it's been a long time since I've last spoken about my braces. You do remember about me wearing braces right? It's been 7 months already!! And my braces colour for last &this month is yellow-ish orange! :) Many people say that yellow is not a very nice colour for braces for it'll look like curry stain, so I picked something that's close to yellow but it's not entirely yellow, and that is yellow-ish orange! :D And I'm loving the colour. Hmm, which colour should I go for next? My next appointment will be on the 25th, very bery soon! :) haha.

2. My school has many new arrangements for us, students. Many new trainee teachers have came to our school to teach (to have more teaching experience, I guess). Many of the original teachers are on maternity leave and, somehow, contract teachers are being sent home, leaving them unemployed; that's really sad. I mean seriously, what are all those teacher gonna do?

-Anyways, there is one trainee teacher teaching my lovely class. (well, my class can be not-so-lovely at times when the boys start playing football in class) She's a very adorable and very modern teacher. Well, she address us as 'you guys'. For example, 'If you guys give me your full cooperation...'. Yeah, it's pretty cool the way she address us. I mean, come on, how many teachers would address a class like that right? haha. :) And she did a lot of activities with us and made our English Lesson really interesting and fun. *thumbs up*

3. This is a not so good news. :( My school changed our timetable, for the 100th time! Okay, maybe I exaggerated on the '100th time' thing, but seriously, my school has change our timetable so many time! We were just getting used to the timetable that they gave &planned for us in April/March and they decided to change it now, August which is the 8th month of the year. :( Plus, my P.E period is no longer on the last period, that means I have to change back into my uniform after P.E and I'll be all sweaty in class. :) But still, I LOVE MY P.E CLASSES! :)

4. I've been in 2Cempaka for eight months now and I'm liking my class. My class is filled with a mixture of crazy-weird-sometimes annoying-humorous but sometimes disgusting-nice-cool-funny-lame-bright-hardworking and smart students. Did you realize I didn't describe my class with a very important adjective? and that adjective so happens to be 'CLEAN' :D and many teachers complained about my class. :( My class is definitely not the cleanest class that you'll come across in my school, but yeah. That's something the entire class have to cooperate in order to keep the class you-know clean. :) But nevertheless, I still like my class. :)

5. Grace Youth have organized a superb cool for-girls-only-camp! and I'm going! :) haha. It's gonna be held on the coming holidays that's in one week's time. I'm super excited. This is going to be the first ever all-Girl's camp I'm going to attend, how cool is that? :) haha. Well, one thing's for sure, I'm so gonna strengthen old/current relationship and build new ones and most importantly, draw much closer to my Saviour, my Lord Jesus Christ. :)

6. This is not going to be a good news too. :( I've been spending a lot of time on computer; Facebook, Hotmail etc. And the worst part is, I don't really do anything although I'm staring at the computer screen! This is something so very bad; I'm wasting my precious time! It's time for fasting again. I'm going to fast Facebook and probably Internet for a month or two. I managed to fast Facebook for a month early this year. So I want to take up another challenge, probably fast Facebook for two months? But, I have a problem, Facebook is my communication bridge with friends, commanders and Rangers. Facebook is where I get information. So I'm not really sure how to fast Facebook. Maybe I'll still fast Facebook, but I'll only enter Facebook once in two weeks to check whether there's anything important going on? Or I should just shut myself out from Facebook and spend more time talking to God? :) Well, we shall find out. I'll let you know whether I'm fasting Facebook. Would you like to join me? (just asking) :)

Well, I don't think I have a 7, but yeah. I guess 6 is enough to tell you what's going on in my life right? ;)
Will keep you posted. :)

There's nothing between you and your dream

Hello there! (:
Hello August! It's a new month and we/I have 5 months left til twenty-eleven ends. 'Time waits for no man'; so true! If I get to choose a super power, I would want to have the ability to freeze time whenever I want. That will be so cool! :) Anyhoos, I HAVE THREE MORE DAYS TO BEST RANGER!! It's so close! O: I'm excited yet scared at the same time. The commanders are going to be superb serious during Best Ranger; probably another side of them that I've never seen before. I absolutely don't know what to expect this Saturday. I hope everything goes well and I hope that God's presence will be upon all of us - best ranger candidates. Well, winning isn't everything. I will definitely carry a heart that's willing to learn and learn everything that I need to learn; correct and improve everything I have to in order to be a better person physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. I'll do my very best for the Lord and everything I'm doing is for Him and Him alone. (:

I started today with a different routine. 6 wonderful and pretty girlfriends of mine paid a visit to an orphanage called Rumah Hope. I was pretty excited to see and to communicate with the children over there. I found out (through their website) that the children there are either abuse or neglected by they're parents, which is something really sad to know. Once we entered the home, I felt a really nice and comfortable feeling, a feeling that's unexplainable.

I talked to the person in charge of the children and found out that all the children here are pretty and handsome children of God. That was something really good to hear and know in the morning. Sadly, I didn't get to meet all the children for most of them were in school already, but I met two beautiful angels - Grace (11) and Mercy (9).

Grace and Mercy.
*Mercy drew a picture of Spongebob for me!! (: and I love it!
They were talking softly at the hall and Grace was completing her homework when we approached them. It took some time to break the ice, but the ice was definitely worth breaking. They started talking to me like they knew me for ages. We talked about almost everything and anything from school to sports. We talked a little about the bible too. And these two lovely angels told me their favourite verses. It's so good to know that they're so attached to God at such a young age. God is definitely working in them and He has a great plan for them. They even told me their ambition.

Grace - 'I want to be a nurse'

Mercy- 'I want to be a baker'

It's so nice to know that these girls know what they want to be in the future. Well, one thing is for sure, I didn't know what I wanted to be when I was their age. We talked some more and they showed us their rooms and library. We took some pictures and then the hardest part of the visit arrived. We had to leave. It was so hard to leave Grace and Mercy. I hugged them and they hugged me back. It was just so very hard to leave them. They are such wonderful girls and I wonder why are they even here? Why did God place them here? I didn't know the answers to these questions until just now. God has a reason for everything He does and maybe He placed these two girls here to let me know that no matter what happens in your life, you can overcome it with God. I don't know the story of how these two girls ended up in Rumah Hope, but I know that they're real strong in heart and mind and that they can always count on God. I will definitely pay them another visit! (:

Love you truck loads!
HAPPY AUGUST! (:

You brought colours in my life. (:

*You brought colours in my life. (:

Hello!
Today was Sports Day, and it rained. Students who were involve in the marching category had to march in the rain; and I was one of them. Marching in the rain was definitely something different for me because it was my very first time marching so formally, in the rain. Raindrops landed on our faces and raindrops went into our eyes - it wasn't a very nice feeling. But, we had fun, that's the most important thing, aye? Someone took a video of us (Girl Guides), marching and doing our formation. And I was actually feeling quite nervous to look at the video, for some reason. But, turns out that we did great! (: Our formation looked very synchronized and that's a super super great thing that brighten our rainy morning. :)

Getting down and dirty!

Hello Beautiful! ;)
Isn't that a super cute picture? I don't really like cats, but I have to admit that the two cats in the picture is super adorable! I just had to share it. (: Anyhoos, I had a 1.5km 'marathon' this morning. It's not just any 1.5km 'marathon' it's a national 1.5km 'marathon'. All public/government schools have this 'marathon' and it's a must for everyone to participate. The attendance was great. Many students showed up; super supportive aye? Ohoh, this marathon is also known as the 1M 1S, in Malaysia. (:

All schools were asked to start this marathon at 7.45 sharp, and that's what my school did. By 7.45pm, Form 1 and Form 2 girls started jogging. (I had a headstart!) haha. It was so funny to see almost 60-70 girls running together in a group. Plus, this was my very first marathon in my life! I was so excited! (: My mommy said that it takes 15-20minutes to complete 1.5km. I was quite relieve for I jog for at least 15 minutes in every Netball training. But a little voice in me still doubted myself.

It was not easy to complete that 1.5km. It was the longest 1.5km ever. I jogged with a couple of friends and we encouraged each other. Well, it was tough to jog with girls that sighed and stopped in the journey. I don't know how to explain it, but yeah. It'll somehow make you want to stop too. But I told myself that I will never stop and I didn't! Thank God! (: haha. My friends and I managed to complete the journey! *woot woot. It was definitely a great experience! Pheww.

After the marathon, I had a nice shower and had a delicious lunch at a restaurant near Atria. When I finished the yummy lunch, I flew to Miss Esther Ooi's house. She planned to bake a cake for birthday girl, Debbie Chew. And I, a girl that has no oven in her house, wanted to bake so badly, so I decided to help Esther to bake. Miss Joy Chong was suppose to come, but she couldn't for some personal reason. haha. But that didn't stop the both of us from baking!

We baked in her kitchen and obeyed Aunty's orders. We measured the right amount of sugar, flour etc, and put them into the mixer. Looking at the mixer mixing everything was the best part! The mixer mixed everything so beautifully. haha. And we put it into the oven to bake. I shall cut the long story short, the cake turned out great and it taste yummy! (: We even took pictures with the cake. haha.

After all our hard work, we spent the remaining time catching up on each other's life. We told each other many things and I enjoyed that lovely time with her and only left her house at 7pm. We talked for a long time. We definitely talked about many things. (: I love you girl! (: Hope to have more times like this together in the future! (: P.S. This girl has grown so much already! (:

Love you truck loads,

A Friday to remember.

Hello, hello! (:
'You're beautiful!' Do keep that in mind! *teeheee. Well, hello July! I started the month of July by spending time with CF. Today wasn't any ordinary CF meeting, it's S.A.D! Sisters Appreciation Day! *woot woot. Its a day where the guys appreciate the girls. Us, girls, got pampered alright! haha. Girls were served with mango juice when they took a seat at the VIP tables that were prepared for us in the canteen, we ate Mammi Monster! It has been a long time since I've last eaten one. Good times, good times.

We had worship has usual. The emcees were humorous, they made the entire thing super funny! Some guys sung and they sung great! Good choice of songs, for they sung two of my favourite songs You &Me - Lifehouse and Just the way you are. (: Yay! (: They even made a video for us, girls, and it was hilarious to the max. Boys trying heels and dresses (in the video), super funny. They did a sketch and it was funny. (:

CF ended with boys giving girls cards and a small bar of Kinder chocolate (it tasted super yummy!). Well, personally, I like receiving cards so I was pretty happy when I received a card. So yeah. Here's something my Mr. Right has to do for me: He has to write cards for me every day without fail in the future! (:

Ohoh, when the boys served the girls in the canteen, it reminded me a lot of AR Retreat for the boys in retreat had to serve the girls too and girls had to serve the boys too. Commanders in the camp were teaching us about Servanthood; serving others. And I reckon that we have to serve one another no matter how high our positions/rank are on Earth. Today is definitely a day to remember ;)

HAPPY SISTERS APPRECIATION DAY!! *woot woot*

All the pretty little things

Bonjour! (:
Man, Tumblr has the prettiest pictures! I was actually checking out some of my friend's Tumblr and I found this picture! Pretty huh? Actually some of the pictures that I've put up in my blog are from Tumblr. God has created so many pretty things around us and I reckon that His biggest masterpiece is creating us, humans. It is said in Gen 1:26 (the Bible) 'Let us make human beings in our image, in our likeness'. Well, that simply means that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made. Yay!

Some days, we (even myself) will look in the mirror and find 'imperfection'. And we let those 'imperfection' plaster a frown on our face the entire day. Well, I reckon that we should not let those 'imperfection' ruin the day that God has made for God makes no mistakes.

Reading the dailies can somewhat make me feel devastated for teens now a these days are not like teens in the yesteryear. Frankly speaking, I think teens in the 21st century are growing up too fast. Primary school students are having boyfriends/girlfriends already! And they are like 11 &12-year-old children. That's crazy! They are rushing into 'falling in love' stage which most of the time lead to severe heartbreak and some teens that can't handle it will most probably drop a goodbye note on Facebook and jump off a building. Yet again, that's crazy! That's a really irresponsible act that teens are doing now.

'Curiosity kills the cat'. Many teens in the present are really curious. And their curiosity leads to many consequences. For example, abortion and dumping of babies. A puppy-love relationship can take an innocent baby's life away. How sad is that? Babies are the most innocent creatures on Earth. Well, because they are still so young and delicate. They are gifts from heaven and yet many of them don't even have a chance to live. They don't have the opportunity to live to their fullest potential. I really hope that teachers' in schools will educate students more.

'Love led Christ to the cross'
Then, there are those that reckons no one in the world loves and cares for them. But they are so so very wrong. There's a God that loves every single one of us so very much that he's willing to send His one and only son to mingle with us, sinners. He eventually died on the cross for us and He rose on the third day. Today, He's alive and He's loving us so very much.

I really thank God for placing me in the Royal Rangers ministry for it has helped me so very much in my life. Rangers is my life. Without Rangers, I don't think I will be who I am today. I really thank God for the commanders that really commit themselves in this ministry. I'm really grateful to have them as my teachers. I have learned so much from them and of course, there are many more things that I have to learn from them and I'm really excited to learn everything that they have to teach me. I will cherish every single moment that I have with the Royal Rangers. (: I love RANGERS! (:

Cherish all the pretty little things that God has placed in your life;
Open your eyes and see pretty little things that God has placed in your life. (:

Recents,

Sharpie pens! Aren't they beautiful?

Hello there! (:
It poured in the morning; a perfect whether to sleep in. The air was so cool and fresh when I got up this morning. *inhales* Ahhh, you could feel the cleanliness in the air, it's just beautiful. When I was waiting for my bus, I was actually admiring this tree of mine that's in front of my house. It has grown so much already. Well, it's not really growing anymore, but it's huge all right! (: I remember my dad said something about trees; they have many different shades of colours. And there I was, standing outside of my house, observing my tree. There were so many different shading; dark green, darker green and even darker green. Light green, lighter green and even lighter green. There were red and yellow leaves too. It's so magnificent, so suiting for the eye. Beautiful I tell you, beautiful. God's creation, wonderful. God's creation never once failed to amaze me.

It's half past three in the afternoon and here I am seated at my living room, blogging. You should be wondering why am I not in school. Well, I'm not sick or anything. It's Report Card Day and my lovely mom picked me up from school early! (: My lovely mom was suppose drop by my school around 5, but she came at 2 instead. Super early aye? Thank you mommy for bringing me home! I can work on my SMA (reports, reports and more reports!) and start coming out with a design plan for my class bulletin board. It's end of June and my class's bulletin board is empty. Literally empty, seriously. teehee. (:

Well, there are some more events that I haven told you about. Here's it is! (:

Kem Sukan (18th June-19th June)
Kem Sukan (or Sports Camp) was held two weeks ago. It was a mixture of fun tiring muscle cramp experience, enjoyable, dirty, wet. I was really excited and was really afraid to attend this camp for I had a tough time last year. Training was tough as usual, but this time, the Seniors paired us up and we jogged 15 minutes around the field with our partners. I reckon that this is a magnificent idea for you can motivate each other when you're jogging. Well, jogging is not a hard task, but jogging for 15 minutes is a very tough task for me. Pheww.

Well, the camp was mostly about the trainings but we had games too. We were all divided into groups of 10 and we had station games. Some games were quite challenging, especially the cup game. (I don't know how to name the game) But this is how the game works. We had to fill our mouth with water and we had to say a word or two with our mouth full. Man, it was hard to talk with your mouth full. I practically spit out all the water that was in my mouth. haha. Never ever talk with your mouth full when you're on a date or something. (: haha. (Y)

Food was yummy. We had chicken for almost every meal. Plus, we had to eat with our hands. Yes, our hands. This part reminded me of Camporama 2009. In Camporama, we had a hand eating experience too. I MISS CAMPORAMA!! haha. And this camp thought us all how to be independent. We had to wash our own plates and keep them clean for we used them for every meal. (: So overall, camp was not bad as I thought. And I definitely learnt a lot of skills and techniques from the seniors. It was great. (:

The oh-so-awesome 6I reunion (30th May)
After two years, yes two years, we, the 6I-ians, finally had a reunion this year! *woot woot. Although some of them were busy and didn't managed to come, we still had fun. Around 20 of us were present. I was so happy to see all of them. Everyone has changed, both inside and the outside, for the better I guess. They were all so matured already, plus they have grown taller. And, some of them lost weight too. The guys are having their deep voice and all; while the girls are looking pretty and all. (: They were all looking beautiful and handsome. (: hahaha.

We went to 1U and we definitely crashed the cinema. We watched Kung Fu Panda II and it was a great movie. Po was so cute when he was a baby panda. Awwww. :D hahah. Then, we chilled at Tutti Frutti. The guys were so hooked to the Cyber Cafe that we, girls, had to drag them out of it. We played the Guardian Angel &mortal game. It wasn't a success for some of them left early without revealing who their mortal were. So yeah, but we had fun :D (Y)

More to come ;)
Have to start working on SMA!! Reports here I come!!

He is alive.

'Alive@the park wrist band!'

'For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life'
- John 3:16

Hello, Yellow! (:
The verse says it all. He loves us so so much that He sent His one and only Son to die for us. Why did He die for us? Well, because someone has to die for the wages of sin is death. I don't think any of my best friends would die for me. Plus, I don't think I would die for anyone :D teeheee.

Anyways, my church organized a Youth Rally at Taman Tun Rimba Park. It was a huge event. Around 100+ youth were present. Praise the Lord. The worship was awesome, as always. But most importantly, the message was preached well. Pastor was really humorous and serious at the same time. I laughed throughout the entire rally. It was really nice to see youths after youths accepting Jesus as their Saviour. All Glory to Him.

I saw KYLIE, after so many months. Man oh man, she've grown taller. She definitely matured a lot and she has a super cool DSLR! She was looking cool when she was snapping her camera throughout the rally. It was so amazing to see her again after so many months! (:

I have a very strong urge to plan a gathering/reunion for all the 6I-ians. I miss them truck loads. I even dreamt about the gathering/reunion. Well, the holidays are round the corner, maybe I'll create an event page on Facebook and invite all the 6I-ians. Thank God for modern technology! (: (:

Love you lots,
