Jab Day! =)

It's jab day! :)

Hey!
Everyone was freaking out when we were lining up outside meeting room. It is the second jab for us, the girls, this year. We were asked to take this jab. It's called the HPV jab and it's only necessary for girls to take the jab. Sometimes, I wonder why must girls get so many jabs? What about the guys?

So, we were freaking out. I was afraid that the second jab will be more painful than the first one; for the first one was quite horrible. I couldn't do anything with my left hand. Plus I heard girls saying that needle for the second jab is thinker and it's gonna be more painful than the first one. Some other friends from other schools that took the second jab are suffering after the jab. One of my friend's arm is swollen after the jab.

So, we were still freaking out. Suddenly, Catherine suggested that we should hit our arms (till it's red) so that when we are taking our jab it won't hurt that much. Well, the me (that was still freaking out) thought that it would be a great idea. So I started hitting myself. I thought that it'll be more effective if someone else hits my arm for me, so I asked Catherine to hit my arm for me.

Note to self : It's not a good idea to ask someone to hit your arm for you. It'll hurt.

The moment of truth.

I rolled up my sleeve and sat down. The nurse that was seated next to me gave me the jab. When the needle was taken out from my body, instantly, I could taste the pain that I have tasted when I got my first jab. It wasn't that painful, it was like (everyone says) an ant bite. But it was a HUGE ant that has bitten me.

The pain didn't last long, like the first jab. But I'm afraid that for the next few days, my arm will start hurting. D:

I shall see whether it'll hurt or not ;)
