Yay! Around a week's time, I'll be on a plane, on my way to the US.
Hello!
My holidays are starting early. I'll be skipping 9 days of school for this trip. My mother has work to clear off in December, so the only time she's free is, now. It'll be my first time going to somewhere so far away from home. I'm going to miss home, and of course all my friends. I don't get to spend my last day of school with all of them. I do hope I don't miss much.
I really don't know what to expect, for this is my first time entering the US. Frankly speaking, I'm quite excited and scared at the same time. I'm excited to meet the people there and get a taste of the environment there. Scared? Well, because it's my first time :)
It's going to be a three weeks stay in the US. My mother and I will be staying in my brother's apartment. My brother said that the people there are really really friendly and really cool to hangout with. Not to mention the food, the portion is big and price is reasonable and delicious at the same time! AMAZING! hahahas.
I want to thank God that I actually have the opportunity to go to the US. And I thank God that I won't be missing anything important. I'm going to get my Form 2 textbooks this Friday; and the second jab next Monday. Nothing clashing with my trip to the US, but I will be missing loads of fun activities : Ann's cookarama; Vacation Bible School; and some friends' outing D: And again, I do hope I don't miss much :)
